Keys Fitness Equipment Parts

Please help me, I need to be fit, but do not know where to start?

Hello! Basically I have 6 months to get in great shape as I am applying for a Royal Navy diver and cardiovascular fitness is a fundamental requirement to get through the selection and training. In short, just to give you an idea, a part of the selection process is as follows (and you are wearing a dry suit of the whole thing): Running as a team along the shore artificial time bank miles in eleven minutes. Collect air tanks (about 30 pounds) and run again in a 08.09 minutes. Then enter the swim team and the length of the lake. In the final step, go out and complete a circuit of crunches, pushups, and chin. I have to be able to do this, minimal sleep, every day. My facts may not be totally wrong, but this is usually what happens in the selection. I am a 22yr old man this week has given up smoking and junk food. I have six months to arrive at the appropriate level of fitness, while working from Monday to Friday 9-5 in an office. About what rules should I follow? Thanks!

If you can find a way to go swimming a few times a week, maybe in a local gym. Running three times a week, I'd like to see it the first day until speed and distance each week. Lifting weights on the days you do not run and stretch for 20 seconds every morning and night for the whole body (this will help you change in their level of fitness without hurting your self. Drink plenty of water, the lean protein and vitamins. That's awesome to quit was one of my best decisions. I hope this helps, good luck!
