La Fitness Gym Equipment
good gym in London?
I am currently looking for a gym with quality equipment, the staff is helpful and a good variety of categories. The biggest vote of confidence in LA Fitness so far. If you agree, what branch I go to (central)? If you disagree, please let me know why.
It really depends on which is based in London. I used to have members at LA Fitness, Fitness First gyms and local Wandsworth (gun time). But for me, best by far are the Virgin Active gyms. If you prefer to use the mechanism of resistance, the art gym, a variety of fitness classes and a swimming pool sauna, spa and steam room, I recommend it. I canceled my subscription twice for lack of time at work and connected again, because this is the best gym I've been with. No @ £ 64 is cheap, but worth it in my opinion. Good luck!
