Am I right diet?

Im 15, 5'6 and weighs 144 pounds. I finally get to 123 pounds. I started weighing about 157 pounds. But seems to move too slowly, as if it could be my slowering metabolism, please help. is I maintain a normal diet. whole grain breakfast special sandwich-K and certain fruit and water. or fruit snack pack 100 calories or fat-free ice cream perhaps. low-carbohydrate meal or a low-fat meal that my mother did (she is a diet too lol.) but some days you only have two small meals a day. and then not eat after dinner, but lots and lots of water. Exercise about 3-5 times a week (running, stair machine, abdominal exercises, swimming pool, saunas and steam baths to a life of fitness.) I do well? advice what should change? thanks for all the help! xoxox

It looks good. How long did you do that? A good weight loss is 2.3 pounds per week. However, as you approach your target weight, weight loss can slow down your body thinks it is starving. I would like to continue what you do and make sure you get 1.200 calories a day. In short, your body thinks it is starving and will hold the weight even more difficult. Good luck!
