Exercise is good for you – just no doubt about it! However, we still meet with clients on a daily basis they have promised to engage in an exercise program, only to quit after a month. Let's face it, Americans start and stop their fitness programs more often they change their underwear.

See, there is absolutely no reason why the condition Physics can not be fun. Start by looking at local community centers and gyms for an activity you really enjoy. Try tango classes with your significant other, a yoga session bonding of mother and baby, a high-octane cardio kickboxing session with your best friend – all followed by a healthy lunch. Simple turning everyday activities into something more rewarding, you get your social gathering of fun and exercise too!
