Microsoft Web site hacked?

As I try to open the Microsoft website – www.microsoft.com I have a website (not Microsoft) saying, "Welcome to microsoft.com "and its subcategories is Microsoft Virtual Earth, Yahoo, Fitness, Microsoft, the credit card devices, debt consolidation Apartment rentals, online dating, more economical, online education and holidays. As I try to open these links in the site is collected again. Has Microsoft website was hacked? Or is it a spam? My computer has Kaspersky Internet Security 2009, so there is no opportunity for spam.
