Career Tips for Women: 40 top tips for women over 40 pilots
Being a runner has presented over 40 new areas of interest (And disturbing) to me on the road and more importantly in my training and recovery of the road. I love racing and it's great to see the research is done in the oldest drivers … Yale study shows that most marathon runners (especially women) are improving over time travel than younger runners.
I would like to share some ideas and tips I learned along the road. Training Tips:
