Pro Fitness Exercise Equipment

How to create an exercise routine?

I begin to lose weight and build some muscle, but do not know where to start. I have no much equipment. Only a couple of dumbbells 20 pounds and my brother bought a pull-up bar. If someone could tell me how to start creating an exercise plan, and tell me some exercises require no equipment that would really help. Like most people who do not know much about fitness so any help pro experience. I have also an exercise ball, pull up bar that goes in the door (for dips too), a wheel of ABB, and I might be able to use a treadmill. If anyone can tell me about reps and sets that would help too.

Buy a resistance band, a Swiss ball and a ball BOSU. If you can buy a tree of weight too. With those few things you can do absolutely any exercise you can do in the gym. You can do exercises abductors and adductors of their body weight and squats, lunges, push-ups, side front, one foot and arm, and planks of torque. If you have a stairwell, you can step up (with dumbbells). ski jumping and jumping are also good cardio workouts. Obviously you can do pullups and some exercises with weights as well. EDIT: 2-3 sets of 12-15 repetitions is ideal. It must be pretty exhausted by the time you're finished a set. It `d be a good idea to invest in a book kinesiology maybe so you can see the different muscle groups as their work is otherwise after working a particular group.
