Used Fitness Equipment Mass

I want a daily exercise routine without having to use the equipment?

I would like to improve my physique and have a body mass index within the levels healthy. I want to know any decent routine to build muscle mass and tone, but do not require the use of weights, dumbbells or equipment. way around an hour a day and also include push-ups and crunches, but can not change that the last layer of fat for a six pack. The ideas I've had include yoga every day and some Army type 10 minutes of waiting for work. I would like a routine that can be repeated daily so do not target specific muscle groups, is that the overall fitness and routine addition bodyshaping.: Thank you. An exercise that does not travel in search of an instructor. I will start Thai boxing shortly after a long wait, but I can do many of these exercises at home.

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember that fat not turn into muscle, so you need to lose fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but not more than 60 minutes at a time. No planks and other exercises abs on alternate days. The training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes over cardiovascular exercise, then return home. The best time to eat is just after your workout in an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better! Do not look at your scale as the beginning and end of everything, but get a measuring tape to check its progress, and show more tangible results. Read magazines like Shape, Fitness Women, Fitness, etc to get tips and maintain motivation. Good luck and stick to it. This plan I lost 20 pounds in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!
