Used Home Gym Equipment
What equipment do I need a home gym?
Basically I'm trying to get equipment that can be used for training different with him or about him. I'm not looking to spend much money just want to lose fat and gain muscle. I want something that goes to the head as well as training possible. Along with making the gym, I wil also be made of Pilate and start going to kickboxing class, and of course eating healthier. Which team do you think will essential to put in my garage? Bowflex Xtreme also be a good? I was offered a very cheap, but I'm not sure what different workouts can be done respect?
I have a Bowflex and it's awesome! Go for it and make them stronger and work every muscle!
