need help to draw a gym vegetarians!?

I have 23, and £ 132.28 172.7cms .. i have been this way for almost 5 years .. coz issue last year i lost months £ 4.40 now back to normal .. I've always worked for an hour in the last 3 years, but my goal was simply to give my slf physical activity and nothing more, but my muscles are not in shape, but my body! Now you want the form and I sm muscle strength, but ima vegetarian know how to avoid more teamwork especially in the early morning when the head of the i-gym at noon sm to eat 3 meals a day containing mainly wheat, rice and little fruit and vegetables, unfortunately, a cup of caffeine, a cup of green tea and a biscuit among nonsmokers, 6 beers on the weekends and two days a month come out on top of that is my typical Italian diet. any1 fitness freaks so stubborn they are caught in the way of life are similar plz help me work on a table
