Vitamin Supplements Waste

This multi-vitamins and supplements to be abandoned?
I have read many reports and conclusions, leaving the daily multivitamins and supplements to raise more in your daily intake and diet. I always take my daily vitamins and supplements the opportunity because I have not come to a conclusion if it is a ridiculous waste of time or not. What is your opinion on this issue? This multi-vitamins and supplements to be abandoned or not?
Personally, in the name of keeping active and healthy I say it can not hurt. More is not to "mega" those who are so muchy of this and that the body rejects everything out! But a single day, in my opinion Not a bad idea at all. =)
