Anyone know a weight loss plan easy?

I'm 300 pounds and is so difficult to lose weight, there is a weight loss program is not so difficult to follow. I really need to get this weight off please help.

I suggest you try to swim over a long period of time for at least one hour.You can go at a pace that you like and see how long you can go without stopping. It will strengthen your muscles and leaving a ton of fat. Remember that it is better to swim for long periods of time rather than swimming like crazy and then to rest after a tour soon. Also, remember that anyone can walk, no matter if your swimmer Michael Phelps or without experience. Try it and you will not believe the amount of an exercise this is for you. Good luck.
