Weight loss with no gym equipment.?

Hello. I have 15 years and is on a school trip in 1 month. I have a BMI of 25.5 and want to lose a little weight (Especially around my stomach). Unfortunately, you can not afford to go to the gym, so someone could suggest exercises I could do at home, with everyday objects? Thanks in advance.

Instead of using the elevator or escalator, use the stairs. Instead of riding a bike or riding a car you can walk. A good diet also helps. Do not eat too much junk food and fast food. In the morning, you can try running. You can also abdominal ups and other exercises without using any equipment.
