White beans, sweet potatoes and raw cashews, which is good for weight loss?

I want to change my daily food by adding high protein vegetarian. but found that it is not easy, because some are rich in fats (nuts), carbohydrate (potatoes rich ground) and high sugar content (beans). please help.

None. there are better rates on all types of food. Fear no fat! EAT FAT Damn! Ate more good fats, especially dairy and meat, nuts and avocado and I lost a lot of my body fat! But you can not do because its vegetarian. Stay away carbohydrates, especially potatoes. Get your carbohydrates from fruits and vegetables and legumes (which are proteins mixture of carbohydrates). I eat pinto beans and andd other things. Eating seeds …. carbohydrates and sugar are the same thing I more or less.
