Looking for any tips that can help me along my weight loss journey?

I’m very serious about losing some weight! Anyone have any tips or suggestions on what to expect or provide any suggestions, experience, and tips would be VERY APPRECIATED!

Weight loss is all about a simple equation: calories in and calories out. If you put more calories into your body (food) than you burn, then you will gain weight. Eat 500 less than that number per day and you will lose one pound of fat a week. You’ll lose weight more quickly if you combine this dietary change with regular cardio exercise. Cardio is anything that gets your heart rate up, like an aerobics class, running, swimming or playing a sport. But when you lose weight, you want sexy, toned muscles to show off, right? Do two or three strength training sessions a week to get those muscles. Don’t worry – if you’re a female, you aren’t going to wind up looking like a bodybuilder. Even if you put in a huge effort, training every day, you would only make you look like Jessica Biel, and who’s going to complain about that?
