It This is a memoir about my diet yo-yo in the past and my history of success in the past things and people that helped me do that. Much of my help came from seeing the show "The Biggest Loser." I dedicated a chapter of world to see this show and how it has been of great help to me. Could I have trouble with the law by referring the series and trainers telling stories about parallel experiences in my life? I mean I can write something like this … "Jill has helped me to see that it was wrong do so. "Jillian is one of the instructors in the program. Or," One of the challenges in the program was in place to run up an escalator. "In writing about these things in my book that I could be sued? Thanks, Steve
