Weight Loss Diet Food Program?

Won 10-15 ibs. fat this year. I noticed that my stomach is larger and packages fat at the moment I feel. I ask this is a diet program in my budget, $ 40 for food 60 only need one or two weeks for power. Or just me give a good breakfast, snacks and meals to cook for the week. The food that I need to prepare food, cook, and how how much they cost. Meals should not be different every day, I'll settle for the same thing for weeks, until you can burn fat in a few weeks with a workout in the diet.
