New to veganism and having headaches ever since?

Hi, I've been a vegetarian for a long time for the animal rights Pure Reason. Are the lack of protein, dear. Should include vegetables, nuts and / or tofu products for a balanced diet. This may explain the weight loss as well – the protein is important in muscle mass.
