I just ordered a Zumba Fitness DVD, but has not yet entered. I wondered if anyone could give me an opinion of what they thought. Here's a link to the site. My school shopping! Every Friday for the elderly go to the school gym and we all do Zumba. It ios great! I can not tell you burn weight, because we do once a week, but it's fun and if we did all day we'd all be in great shape! It has a very bright thing funny, fun to do! Give us a break from work and a time to laugh while swivle hips! (They are great about lol)
